We bought a house!
Can you believe it? We just signed on it today!
It's not exactly livable - yet.
Because of Terry's work, he helps people avoid a foreclosure and he ran into a home that we couldn't pass up! However, if you saw it today, you would pass it right on by! All the floors will need to be replaced, holes in walls patched, waterfalls need to be stopped, etc. Onto the reason we fell in love with it... It has 3600 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bonus room, hot tub room(don't get too excited last time we saw it, it was frozen-kids loved the ice skating), 2-car garage, big yard, and wait the best part, it's in Ucon. Ucon has 968 people.
Here's to our latest and greatest adventure.
Stay tuned for some lovely before pictures, and we will definitely show you the after, when that day comes. I tell myself everyday that day will come. It is our first house and we picked a beauty! We are actually very excited for the potential it holds and look forward to every new week because it means more is being done. You'll have to come visit!

The kids were obviously having a tender moment while the signing was going on. Today was Spencer's birthday, not a bad present, eh?

Congratulations- now you have even more responsibility! Homeownership is great, except now you have to fix all of the problems! Sounds like you are right, however, and it is quite the steal- post some pictures!!!!
