We started a responsibility chart, and on it was an exercise card. I went downstairs to get something in the food storage room for lunch and there was Ben, watching one of my exercise videos, laying on my mat, with the weights. He was doing sit-ups. He asked if I wanted to join him. I did. As soon as we started, he told me if I was a beginner, I needed to follow Libby. She was the one in the back. I tried so hard to keep a straight face. He thought it was the best day of his life. I wish I felt like that when I exercised....
